Donation for the Noto Peninsula Earthquake Disaster
As the Mustardseed Chapel, we have decided to raise funds for the victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake disaster that occurred on January 1, 2024.
As of January 28, here is the situation of damage in Ishikawa Prefecture:
- Residential buildings damaged: 43,766
- Power outages: 3,300 households
- Water supply disruptions: 42,490 households
- Number of evacuees: 489 locations, totaling 14,544 individuals
- Number of deaths: 238, including 15 disaster-related fatalities

The total donation amount reached ¥162,561. We express our heartfelt gratitude for everyone's profound empathy and acts of love.
The donation has been fully sent to the Noto Peninsula Major Disaster Emergency Support Team, represented by Pastor Yoshitaka Igarashi.
We pray that the team's efforts are protected, and that along with much-needed supplies, warm feelings of compassion and encouragement reach many people.
